This is the smallest of our cottages, designed for one or two people it gives outstanding value with everything you need for a cottage holiday. This cottage is not on the millstream but is in its own private space and visitors can still access the mill steam and river to use the boats or go fishing

The ground floor has the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and has a splendid breakfast bar. The sitting part has a comfortable corner settee

The fitted kitchen and breakfast bar with everything you need to cook with as well as a washing machine, fridge and microwave

The top floor has  a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite toilet and shower room.
A double bed and high ceiling with a large fan complete the top floor.
There is also a selection of books to read
