The second of the two cottages situated on the mill stream, this one has three floors. The lounge is on the same level as the mill isle, the middle floor has the kitchen, twin bedroom and separate w/c and the top floor has the shower room with w/c, a double bedroom and a single bedroom . This cottage sleeps 5 comfortably--no sofa beds or sleeping on the landing!

One of the terraces of the Boischaut is on the mill island. Cross the bridge and there you are !
On this side is a small terrace which is just the place for breakfast.

The lounge of this gite is the perfect place to sit when it all gets too hot, it stays wonderfully cool. The doors lead out to the first terrace and then to the bridge. There are all the vital things--books, boules, brochures, cd/radio etc.
In cooler weather the wood burner keeps the room cosy.

The kitchen has all the things you need such as gas cooker, micro wave, every conceivable utensil, washing machine and if you can't find what you need we are only 2 minutes away!
With a view over the river it is a perfect place for chatting, playing cards or enjoying a bottle of wine.

The top floor of the cottage has a shower room with wash hand basin and loo. The second bedroom with a double bed and third bedroom with a single bed are on this level
